Payroll hub extension for Employment Hero Payroll and Zoho Expense

How to connect Zoho Expense with Employment Hero Payroll?

1. In Payroll Hub dashboard, click on Gear Icon (which is located right-hand side of the screen) and click on ‘connect’ beside to Zoho Expense.



2. Accept the Payroll Hub access permission of your Zoho Expense
















Note: You should give access permission to Payroll Hub with your super admin account of Zoho Expense or Zoho One.

3. After connecting to Zoho Expense, it’ll take you to Zoho Expense configuration page

3.1 Select the Zoho Expense organization 



4. If Zoho Expense is connected successfully, you can see the option to enable sync for Zoho Expene as shown below.



5. Create an Expense under Expense module in Employment Hero Payroll and click on "Sync now" to sync immediately over to Zoho Expense and you can see newly synced Expense under Expenses in Zoho Expense as shown below 



6. Create Expense in Zoho Expense and approve the Expense under Report module to click on "Sync now" to sync immediately over to Employment Hero Payroll and you can see newly synced Expense under Expense module in Employment Hero Payroll as shown below
